Compact yet powerful, the P1000 hydraulic rod welder joins non-ferrous rod 6mm - 20mm diameter quickly and cost-effectively. The sloping front panel and position of the mechanical parts enable the operator to see the cold weld process easily. Quick release dies and the adjustable die setting mechanism ensure that die changeover is fast and problem-free. Power consumption is minimal and the P1000 requires no heat, flux or fillers. No dangerous fumes are generated and the machine is clean, safe and simple to operate.
