PWM will exhibit its range of manual cold welding machines, including the popular M101 model, at Wire Expo 2022, in Dallas, Texas, USA, June 7 to 8. The products will be presented by Joe Snee Associates, booth 411.

The robust, heavy-duty M101 cold welder is clean, green and user-friendly. It requires no external power source, no set up and is quick and easy to operate. Designed for copper wire 1mm to 3.60mm (.040” to .141”) and aluminium 1mm to 5mm (.197”), the M101 can be used on a workbench or supplied with a cart. Like all PWM cold welding machines, the M101 produces reliable welds stronger than the parent material, helping manufacturers improve productivity and reduce waste.

Also on show will be PWM’s M10, BM10, M25 and BM30 cold welders for wire, strip and profile 0.10mm to 1.80mm (.0039” to .071”).

PWM’s machines and dies (industry-standard or custom-made) are precision engineered in-house to ensure accuracy. Dies can be made for welding round wire, strip or profile, and for joining materials with different diameters. PWM also makes dies for welding trapezoidal wire.

PWM’s comprehensive range includes energy-efficient air-hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-pneumatic and electro-hydraulic powered cold pressure welding machines for wire sizes 0.30mm up to 30mm (.0118” to 1.181”).
